Upon arrival at the rolling hills at the Joseph Ambler Inn, the guests will be met with refinished dressers topped with hot coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate to warm them during the outdoors ceremony. The dressers will also hold shawls for guests to keep them warm. The guests will be politely escorted to their seats by awaiting ushers once they gather their shawls and warm drink.

After the ceremony the guests will arrive at the cocktail hour site and find a beautifully lit room with décor of orange, yellow, and deep reds. Table top pieces will spread small mirrors topped with cylinder vases filled with small pumpkins and tea light candles surrounded by small Zen stones. The guests will find a table at the entrance of the cocktail hour sight covered with small orange ceramic pumpkins displaying their seat. In the center of the display table will be large white pumpkins painted ornately with the couple’s initials and “I Do”. There will be a luscious tablespace with fresh breads, cheeses, crackers, fruits, and vegetable cups for the guests to enjoy.

When moving from the cocktail hour to the reception sight, the guests will be welcomed with a subtle fall display of hay bails, orange and white pumpkins, and floral displays.
